The garden level sitting room is reached directly from the main entry hall and features a wall of strengthened glass windows which can be entirely opened to the pool and garden terrace. (A planned change is to install similar windows on the outside of the pool space to give the option of an indoor pool for winter use.)  This room has a self-contained kitchen / diner. The floor tile has a special anti-slip finish. A circular balustrade protects the entry to the gymnasium beneath.
