A marble staircase leads down from the main floor to the garden level floor. The ground floor living room also called the Pool room as it completely opens onto the covered swimming pool. Through large glass doors there are wonderful views of the marina and bay. On the eastern and western flanks are large double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has terrace doors opening up on to the pool area. There is an extra "day toilet/dressing room" on this floor for pool guests.

This floor, one level down from the main floor, can be a complete self-contained guest apartment. It can be accessed from the street and entry patio without going through the main level. There is a compact but fully equipped kitchen /pantry for pool snacks or independent occupation by guests. The living room at this level also give access to the gym via a circular staircase.
