The Villa Maricel Owners Group is a private,
non-profit syndicate whose members jointly own a waterfront villa with

best yacht clubs marinas in the region. A
six-seat Mercedes mini-van and a speedboat at the bottom of the garden are included, so that group members have all the facilities of a large and truly luxurious
permanent private home, for less than the cost of buying a small
apartment. The seven equal partners may use it
at times of their own choice for almost 2 months a year. They
have total control over all aspects of
its use and management.
Although its members share usage and costs, the "Villa Maricel Group" is
emphatically neither a timeshare organisation or a
commercial

The house’s current owners for the last 17 years simply
no longer need full-time ownership and usage of the property. The head of
a major yacht design, construction and brokerage business, he
and his wife have show-cased the highest design, technical and
construction standards associated with super-yachts in this house. Despite now having a
reduced need to use it with their family, they are reluctant to sell it, and so are looking for partners to join them in sharing
ownership and use of it.
Under this group arrangement, the seven syndicate
members jointly own 100% of the equity in the property, and have total control
over it. This control is exercised via a comprehensive Members’ Agreement, which
maximises the benefits of ownership of the property solely for them.
Villa
Maricel is one of the largest villas in the Balearic Islands
with direct Marina access. It is in a unique location for
