Introductory package request.

If you would like the introductory package, please submit the following form. We appreciate you may have already registered on this site but equally you may have made initial contact by phone or other means. We will then send you a password for a secure area of this site where you can download printable (.PDF) versions of all the documentation. Alternatively on request we will mail you printed versions. 

The package comprises:

• Full Members Agreement with explanatory notes (14 pages)
• Time allocation attachment (3 pages)
• Budget (1 page)
• Option Holders Form (1 page)
• Due Diligence Explanatory Notes (2 pages)
• Spanish Escritura (9 pages)
• Jersey Company Statement of Good Standing (1 page)
• Spanish Liens Statement (3 pages)
• 3 solicitors letters confirming ownership and searches results (5 pages)
• Spanish Search reports (15 pages)
• A cadastral (land registry) map will be available within the next few days.

The deposit for the above documentation is £375. For information, you would expect to pay approximately £750 to have the searches alone done independently.
