The kitchen massive wooden dining table is sealed with high quality marine finish making it heat and stain-proof. There is a mini-office area and built-in recycling containers.  The kitchen has two large French doors opening onto the courtyard with a large outdoor dining table in a shady seating area. There is an additional kitchen / pantry located on the pool floor. All utility equipment on the premises is guaranteed to the group for 12 months from date of sale.
