From the street, a wrought iron security gate opens onto steps down to a large walled courtyard, with mature trees, and a small pond. The front door and principal kitchen both open directly into the courtyard, and there is an outside dining table for about 8 people.

The master bedroom has three opening French doors with wonderful views of the port and garden. The en-suite bathroom is fully fitted with Italian Carrara marble, a triangular bath with jacuzzi, separate shower stall, two basins, w.c. and bidet.

On the other side are two double bedrooms and a fully fitted bathroom. One bedroom has views on to the courtyard and the other faces the Marina and garden.
