The main living area is approximately 800 sq. ft. Principal features include a teak built library centred on a high efficiency Jotul fireplace set in marble trim. The library houses controls for the entertainment systems wired throughout the house and provides the focal point for the main seating area. A second seating area is in the glazed balcony over the pool, which has magnificent views in three directions over the garden and marina. The dining area can seat eight in comfort. Eight French doors along this side of the room can all be opened to the garden and the bay.
